FORMAT: 4-Man Scramble – Pines Course
COST: $175 per player (plus options – see signup sheet)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: $150 per player if registered before March 15th
Includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, refreshments & door prizes
LUNCH ONLY OPTION = $30 (lunch starts at 2:45 PM)

PRICING OPTIONS
Basic Golf Price: $175 per player
Early Bird Discount: $150/pp – must have registration submitted prior to March 15th
Closest to Pin Contest: $10 at each Par 3 (5 total) / $50 for all holes
Mulligans: $10 each or 3 for $25 (max is 3)
Longest Drive: INCLUDED
“Duck Off” Edition: Long drive but you tee off with a rubber duck. Farthest flying duck wins a mystery prize.
